Built by a team of experienced automotive professionals along with a passionate young engineer, ASTA AUTO focuses on delivering precision, performance, and innovation. Our goal is to become a trusted partner for Tier-1 suppliers and OEMs, known for our agility, quality, integrity, and cost-effective solutions.

Motorcycle Parts Manufacturing
We manufacture key motorcycle components such as swing arms, frames, and structural parts using advanced processes like:

The number of Pipe Bending Machines (CSM) will be increased to more than 3 units to improve production throughput.
Integration of Spot Welding Robots
3 Spot Welding Robots from ABB/KUKA, Will be incorporated to boost welding precision and efficiency.
